Dates and Location
Expo Flor 2022 will take place in Quito, Ecuador from October 5th through 7th in the Metropolitan Convention Center (on the old airport grounds in Quito). Alejandro Martínez, the CEO of Expoflores shares more details about the fair below.
What Can We Expect from Expo Flor 2022 Compared to 2018?
The Expo is happening at the same Convention Center where it was held in 2018. What's different for Expo Flor 2022 is that more visitors are expected. In 2018, 1740 people joined the fair, while this year, around 2000 people from 42 different countries are expected to join.
Alejandro mentions they're really looking forward to seeing the stands that the exhibitors, flower growers, logistics companies, and more have to share with the event. It’s always an impressive and unforgettable experience that potentializes everyone's companies and floral brands. He shares that Expo Flor Ecuador has also enjoyed the long-standing support of companies and local authorities who have trusted their project since the beginning.
Insights into the Benefits Visitors Can Expect at Expo Flor Ecuador 2022
Expoflores has an agreement with 18 hotels in and around Quito that offer attractive prices for all the Expo Flor 2022 participants. They will also be providing daily transportation from these hotels to the fair and vice versa.
For Expo Flor 2022, there has been another positive change implemented as well! Their registration process has been improved to make it easier and less time-consuming for visitors to get into the Expo when they come.
COVID 19 Regulations
Expo Flor 2022 is making sure all the participants feel safe, reason why they are taking health concerns and COVID19 prevention seriously. As a visitor, you will have access to voluntary medical insurance. Although almost 80% of Ecuador's population is fully vaccinated, Expo Flor will be doing everything it can to assure minimal risks for all visitors.
