About Toile Blanche
Mai Yanagisawa is the Flower is the Head of Flower Design Studio Toile Blanche.
After graduating from university, while working for a bank, she gained instructor qualifications at Keisen Flower School, and began teaching flower arrangements at the flower school.
Mai studied under Lady Ple Brook, Jane Packer, Paula Pryke, Gary Derrick and returned to Japan after obtaining a diploma. After returning to Japan, Mai opened a flower school studio and an online shop specializing in preserved flowers. At the same time, Mai started photography with the desire to record her own works and products more beautifully. She shoots flowers and people in casual daily life with the theme of “a little nice and a little dramatic”.
Currently, as a flower designer, she continues to photograph still life, focusing on flowers, as well as taking requests for photography of flowers and products styling, as well as instructing styling courses and workshops for companies and others.
