The fragrant garden Rose Twister Select presents itself with multicolored, red-orange-yellow flowers, sometimes with a touch of pink, that change color during the flowering period. It's a totally attractive and healthy new breed of roses by Dutch breeding company Select Breeding. Twister Select offers flowers that reach a diameter of 10 cm, impossible to overlook.
With its compact growth Twister Select is ideal as a container plant for your terrace and balcony. But your garden bed will also let the scented rose shine in the most beautiful light with its months of flowering. Rose Twister Select is stunning! This rose has a very long flowering period: from May until October. As Twister Select does not produce rose hips, it can put more energy into producing flowers which results in abundant and continuous flowering. The foliage is dark green, glossy, and healthy. Twister Select has a compact size and grows up to about 80 cm high and 40 cm wide. The show will last all summer.
Don't worry about the winter period either. So far no diseases have been detected - not even without any pest control! It's hardy to -18 ºCelsius.
Plant the Twister Select rose in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Use preferably a special rose mix. Pruning can be done in spring and after flowering. For best results, use rose fertilizer once in spring and once in summer.
