What brought our founder, Max Pollack, to Albuquerque in 1944? The weather! Peoples Flowers began downtown, eventually opening a second location in the early 1960s.
Stocked With the Best Flowers and Plants
Max operated a wholesale division to ensure that Peoples Flowers always remained stocked with the best flowers and plants. In 1980, Max’s son came on board and expanded into four convenient locations to serve the community.
Today, Peoples Flowers is family-owned and operated by the McCarthy Family, a fourth-generation florist and longtime friends of the Pollacks. With an incredible management team and talented employees, we continue to honor and enhance the beloved brand and legacy of Peoples Flowers.
