Flora Ola Limited was founded in 2011 in Solai, Nakuru County, with a vision to grow flowers that carry meaning, value, and purpose. The name draws from “Flora,” meaning plants, and “Ola,” an acronym inspired by Ol-Banata, the neighboring river that nourishes the farm. What began as a small venture producing summer flowers has evolved into a thriving enterprise known for its premium standard and spray roses, cultivated between two rivers at nearly two thousand meters above sea level.
Over the years, the farm has steadily grown through innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to sustainability. Flora Ola combines advanced propagation techniques with responsible environmental practices such as rainwater harvesting, organic soil enrichment, and solar energy use. As part of the World of Spray Roses collective, the grower proudly represents Kenya’s strength in spray rose production, delivering consistent quality while investing in its people, community, and the future of floriculture.
