Jan van Boksel is a grower of seasonal flowers. In the summer he grows sunflowers, a.k.a. helianthus, that are distinguished by growing on clay soil, rich in nutrients, that’s why his sunflowers have a longer vase life. In the autumn he grows chrysanthemums, and in the spring it is the beautiful peonies, partly grown in movable tunnel.
Jan van Boksel has built his nursery up from the 3 hectares he bought in 2003 to 60 hecrates today. He likes his work very much, and he is proud of his flowers.
