About Joy of Bloom Florals

Joy of Bloom Florals founder and designer Rachel Mann was born and raised in Southern California. Rachel grew up in a family full of artists and entrepreneurs, and always knew she would follow in those footsteps in one way or another. Still searching for her path, she took a leisurely floral design class on a whim. This class awakened a strong passion and love for flowers Rachel never even knew she had. Rachel found a a sense of purpose, passion, inner peace, and joy through working with flowers. Having the honor of being able to share these love and joy with others through this flowers was such an honor. Through this Joy of Bloom was created. Rachel and her second in command, Cavalier ing Charles Spaniel pup Layla reside and operate Joy of Bloom out of Southern California.
