Our planet is experiencing global warming, acid rain, air pollution, waste disposal, ozone layer depletion, water pollution, and climate change. Time is running out and we must work together to save our planet from climate disruption. We need to treat and love nature the way we love ourselves.
My Hand-tied Bouquet for Scorched Earth
I wanted to participate in this movement with a hand-tied bouquet that could represent a sunset that leaves the earth burned. My design was made on a structure with pieces of wood that would represent the Scorched Earth. The flowers I used for the sunset are 35 dianthus Molly Brown, orange asparagus, gloriosa, ilex, dried lotus, and cones of the liquidambar, commonly called sweetgum. And out of the pieces of wood, a plant comes out shy that represents Hope.

My message for all is: It’s not too late! Let’s all save OUR PLANET!
