The Indian Florist Association's flagship gathering returns this September with a focused, future-ready agenda — this time in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Known nationally for its cleanliness drive and civic discipline, Indore offers an apt backdrop for a meet that foregrounds collaboration, quality, and sustainable growth across India's floriculture value chain.
What Is Ifa Meet 7?
IFA Meet 7 is a two-day, industry-wide convergence designed for florists, designers, growers, traders, suppliers, and allied professionals to network, learn, and explore growth opportunities. This year's edition will be hosted in Indore on 12–13 September 2025 and, importantly, Thursd is the Official Global Partner for the meet. Building on Earlier Editions
Over the past two editions, IFA has steadily expanded both format and ambition. IFA Meet 5 (2023) introduced the rallying theme “Blooming Together,” centering unity and collaboration across the community.
IFA Meet 6 (2024) consolidated that momentum in New Delhi, positioning the meet as a dynamic B2B platform and drawing 202 delegates from 22 states alongside a broad vendor showcase and skills sessions.
This year’s “Flourishing Futures” framing builds directly on those foundations — carrying forward the emphasis on networking, knowledge exchange, and hands-on learning while sharpening attention on scale, quality, and technology for Indian floristry.
Indore: India’s Cleanest City Rolls Out a Green Welcome
Indore has carved out a near-mythical status for urban hygiene, winning the national cleanliness survey eight years in a row — an achievement residents celebrated with civic-pride parades, fireworks, and a 24-hour flower shower at Rajwada square. The city offers seamless logistics, a fast-growing hotel inventory, and a vibrant food culture, making Indore a natural stage for the Indian Florist Association's most ambitious gathering yet.
The locale also mirrors the meet's sustainability ethos. Madhya Pradesh has pushed floriculture acreage by 5,329 ha. in 2024–25, backed by a multi-million-dollar high-tech nursery in Gwalior and state-run training grants that now underwrite a third of new flower farms. Delegates will therefore experience a city — and a region — already blooming with floricultural momentum.

What to Expect This Year
The official session-wise itinerary will be released by IFA closer to the dates. Until then, you can expect the meet to follow the proven pillars visible in earlier editions — B2B exchange, skill-building masterclasses, and community recognition — with a continued push toward digital fluency and cross-sector collaboration documented at IFA 6.

-
Marketplace and Demos: a curated vendor ecosystem showcasing cut flowers, tools, design accessories, and workflow solutions to improve quality and margins.
