Jo Jimenez and Her Tropical Floral Art and Pieces
Meet your newest tropical flower friend and artist who will make you feel obsessed with what she creates and has to offer to the world. Jo Jimenez is a Chilean visual artist and illustrator. Since 2014, she has been self-managing her art and design projects, always seeking to learn new techniques to step out of her creative comfort zone. She works independently and collaborates with other Chilean and international brands, creating designs according to their requirements and needs.
Some notable collaborations of hers include working with Samsung, Bubba, Falabella, Amphora, Farm Rio, Arcor, Tous, and Vans, among other international brands that have great reputations. Amongst all her types of floral art and pieces, she creates floral calendars, floral planners, clothes collections, makeup bags, scarves, hair accessories, and any floral print you'd want to have anywhere. She even created a fabulous floral print for one of Ford Chile's newest cars, making it a photographeable spot for everyone in the city (even though you weren't technically there to buy a car).
2018 Marked the Start of her Floral Creations and Designs
In 2018, she made her dream of creating her own products with her designs come true. This was the birth of her online store and her first line of stationery. With this, the desire to expand her universe of flowers and bold color palettes into decoration and – soon – textiles began a process that would be worth it at the end of all because the results of Jo speak for themselves.
She says:
"Life is too short to use boring things, which is why each product reflects this drive for creativity, inspiration, celebration, and transformation of every space."
Jo's online store aims to democratize access to art, allowing more and more people to connect with the power and essence of flowers in everyday life. She wants people to connect deeply with the beauty of life and how you can color it with flowers and designs that represent your personality or just simply give your spaces more joy, colors, and a deeper appreciation. Her arduous work has earned her a very broad social media reach and engagement and for a good reason.
By Jo sharing her work on her social media channels, she plays a fundamental role in this connection between humans and flowers, although flowers are physically not what she sells, the symbolism of flowers alone is incredibly powerful in her work.
