Florist at VV Flowers
I never planned to work in floristry – it happened by accident. After school, I started working in a flower shop as a helper, just washing buckets and conditioning flowers. When I came to the UK, I realised I could continue working with flowers, and that's really where everything began.
Now, I can officially call myself a Master Florist.
This qualification means I have reached the highest level in my field. It has given me a deeper understanding of floristry, more creative freedom, and the confidence to share my skills with others.
While studying for my Master's, I also passed the NAFAS demonstration test. This has given me more opportunities to showcase my skills and be creative, which makes me very happy.
This qualification has opened new doors in the floristry world. It has given me the opportunities to work with talented people, including joining the Morgan-Douglas Nuth team, and to take part in exciting floral projects. I feel like my journey is only just beginning, and I'm ready to explore even more possibilities in this beautiful industry.
I want to use my knowledge to inspire others, maybe teach in the future, and continue developing unique floral designs. Floristry is no longer just a job for me – it's my passion and my life.
