HBO Max and the global floral exhibition series Fleurs de Villes are bringing the Emmy®-nominated HBO drama The Gilded Age into the real world through a new experiential partnership. The collaboration translates the acclaimed series into a series of floral displays across the United States. The experience celebrates the hit HBO drama while offering a fresh and unexpected way to engage with its world of ambition, power, and Gilded Age grandeur – reimagined through floral storytelling.
Fleurs de Villes Brings The Gilded Age to Life Through Historic Estates and Floral Art
Hosted at six renowned historic American estates and gardens, this spectacular floral show series celebrates The Gilded Age, the acclaimed drama set in late 19th-century New York, where old money and new ambition collide during a period of profound social change.
Each show will feature a curated collection of Fleurs de Villes’ signature fresh floral mannequins, created by leading local floral designers and inspired by the series’ iconic characters and opulent aesthetic. From Bertha Russell’s bold, aspirational gowns to Agnes van Rhijn’s refined traditionalism, Marian Brook’s understated elegance, and Peggy Scott’s poised, modern presence, each design brings the characters’ world to life through flowers.

Every stop in the series will feature its own interpretation of The Gilded Age, with floral designers creating original installations inspired by the ambition, luxury, and social dynamics that define the show. The result is a visually immersive experience centered on storytelling, appealing to television fans, floral enthusiasts, history lovers, and visitors seeking a unique cultural event.
The series will debut at Cheekwood Estate and Gardens from August 1-9, 2026, before traveling to Filoli Historic House and Garden (September 9–18), Lynnewood Hall (September 25–October 4), Greystone Mansion (October 28–November 4), Lyndhurst Mansion (November 20–December 1), and finally Flagler Museum from December 18–27, 2026.
Bringing a Historic Era to Life Through Flowers
Together, the six venues provide an extraordinary setting for the series, ranging from authentic Gilded Age mansions and National Historic Landmarks to celebrated gardens and historic estates that reflect the architecture, history, and grandeur seen throughout The Gilded Age. These locations help create an immersive connection between the HBO series and the floral installations inspired by its world.
The collaboration also builds on Fleurs de Villes' growing reputation for transforming entertainment properties into large-scale floral experiences. Its recent Fleurs de Villes Downton Abbey series was recognized as the Global Winner for Best Integrated Partnership – Cinema at the 2026 Global Entertainment Awards, highlighting the company's ability to bring storytelling to life through flowers.
Speaking about the new partnership, Karen Marshall said:
"We're thrilled to partner with HBO to celebrate The Gilded Age in such a unique and creative way. Its rich visual world, attention to detail, and unforgettable characters translate beautifully into floral design, offering endless inspiration for our talented florists. Through this show series, we bring the elegance, drama, and artistry of The Gilded Age to life in flowers at some of America's most extraordinary estates and gardens, creating experiences that invite audiences to step into the story while continuing to champion local floral talent in every city we visit."
