Easter, a celebration of rebirth and new beginnings, is traditionally adorned with soft pastels and delicate blooms. Or bright yellows! However, incorporating the deep, velvety red of Porta Nova's Red Naomi roses introduces a bold and meaningful twist to the season's floral designs.
The Significance of Red in Easter Celebrations
While red is commonly associated with love and passion, in the context of Easter, it holds profound symbolism. Red represents the sacrifice and resurrection central to the holiday's religious significance. Incorporating Red Naomi roses into Easter arrangements not only adds a touch of elegance but also pays homage to the deeper meanings of the season.

Easter Designs
Here you see the versatility of Red Naomi roses in the Easter creations of the flower school of Roman Fedorovich. One notable design featured a 'wreath bouquet' with a levitating frame, symbolizing the cyclical nature of life. The deep red of the roses added depth and emotion to the arrangement, capturing the essence of Easter's themes of hope and renewal.
Roman Fedorovich, Flower School:
"For my 'Wreath Bouquet', I made a levitating decorative frame, which is fixed by tilting the flower stems. To make the design more light, I supplemented it with Asclepia fluffs. Rose Red Naomi has an incredible depth of color that is perfect for Easter designs. The shape of the bouquet-wreath directly symbolizes the cyclical nature of life."
As you gather to celebrate the renewal that comes with Easter, connect with nature through the soothing effect of flowers, and cherish the beauty within and the blessings of this sacred occasion. To portray hope, convey joy, and inspire, Roman curated an amazing piece using the hazel branches to capture hope and renewal as an everlasting power of the holiday!
Roman:
"I wanted to emphasize the movement of the stems of the Red Naomi rose, with the graphic nature of the hazel branches. The work was done in an alternative technique to reflect the purity of Easter while also addressing the theme of eco-friendliness. In my opinion, the deep meaning of Easter lies in the color and velvet of roses, namely self-sacrifice, redemption, and resurrection."
