NYBG - Committed to Making Nature Thrive
Since its founding in 1891, the New York Botanical Garden has been a connecting point for people, plants, and the earth. In the center of the Bronx, New York City's greenest borough, they are deeply ingrained in the city's cultural fabric. The gardens have welcomed millions over more than 130 years, allowing them to experience the natural world's joy, beauty, and calm.
On 250 acres, NYBG hosts world-class exhibitions, interactive botanical experiences, art and music, and talks with some of the leading lights in horticulture, the humanities, and plant and fungal research. This year, running until October 27th, the 'Wonderland' themed exhibition allows visitors to see the Garden via Alice's humorous and inquisitive eyes as you hunt deeper into the expansion of surreal gardens, mind-bending contemporary artworks, and gallery shows full of deliciously odd marvels.
