Autumn Moods in the Dunes

This is calming to me: the softness, the colors of nature, and a touch of magic to my floral stories.

As you know, I love to create scenes for photography. I love flowers, and designing with them to create stories is my specialty. Art gives me a voice when words are not enough. Every flower I arrange, every setup I built, carries a piece of my story. Through these creations, I share everything in my settings: my passion, my joy, and, in particular, my creativity and resilience.

A Dress With Hydrangea Classics and Spray Roses to Conquer the Dunes

This dress was created completely by hand, starting from a simple structure of chicken wire, covered with layers of dark tulle, and then dressed with hundreds of fresh flowers. World of Spray Roses and Piccobello Hydrangeas as the base, mixing their shapes and colors until they felt like one living fabric. The combination of materials and flowers created an autumn mood: with the dark tulle, the heavier tones, and the softness of the flowers fading into the season. The cat corset added a touch of warmth and humor. To be here in the Dunes with this amazing dress made it feel warm, although it was really cold. Autumn moods...

Somehow, it perfectly matched the feeling of cozy indoors when the air cools down, cozy, lazy, and reflective, like a cat quietly observing the world. I loved playing with fresh spray roses together with Hydrangeas and combining them with this slightly eccentric fashion look. It felt natural, almost inevitable, in that moment and location.

A Crossover Between Inside and Outside

The second setup with the chair, lamp, and baskets of Hydrangeas turned the dunes into a kind of surreal living room, a crossover between inside and outside, comfort and wilderness. For me, this project was about atmosphere more than aesthetics. It’s about how a season feels, and how textures, colors, and even small details can speak that language. I hope people will also feel that emotion and connect to my interpretation of this quiet, cozy, slightly mysterious mood.

The dunes are one of those places where everything falls into place. The wind moves softly, the light is gentle, and the landscape feels open and peaceful. Standing there in autumn, dressed in flowers, you feel part of something bigger. The sand, the grasses, the shifting colors of the season, they all create a natural stage that makes every photo feel real and alive.

It is a place where nature quietly lifts you up and gives your story a bit of magic. Perfect for a photoshoot, perfect for capturing the calm and the beauty of this time of year.
