You know that feeling when you're expecting a package, and it turns out to be much bigger than you imagined? That's precisely what happened when our Adomex products arrived from Amsterdam. I headed to my wholesaler expecting to pick up a box, but instead found myself staring at an entire stack. The Christmas feeling was right there, and it hit me quite like a wave.
Naturally, I couldn't help myself. Immediately, I started peeking into the boxes, among the flowers. Before I knew it, I had an audience. The interest from other customers was so great that I spent an hour introducing the products to others. Moments like this, when such goods arrive, and you can see the fresh materials you have received, are so heartwarming. They are pure magic, making the senses buzz.
What Keeps Us Coming Back to Adomex
One thing about Adomex products is that they are always incredibly fresh. It sounds simple, but in our business, freshness is everything. We have used their materials before, and that freshness is one of the factors that keeps us ordering again and again. Our studio is kept at flower-friendly temperatures, which helps extend our working time with these materials even further.
Additionally, we spend a lot of time outdoors in the forest, and there's something about combining Adomex products with the forest's fresh air and natural light. They belong together. I remember one particular day working in a forest our family planted. Fresh air, clean nature, Adomex materials. It was one of those perfect moments where everything feels right.

About Those Forests
Florists often use the forest to recharge themselves and gain new energy. We are fortunate in this regard. First of all, Estonia is rich in clean nature. Secondly, we have a lot of forest land. Thirdly, we are allowed to move anywhere in the state forest. Fourthly, both my sister, Aire Reenumägi, and I have our own farms and farm forests.
Now, before Christmas, we often work here, stock up on materials, and also organize festive dinners among the trees. For florists, the forest is where we go to recharge, to remember why we do what we do. So, we are lucky in that regard.
Aire and I have been in the florist profession for over thirty years, and our company is celebrating 20 years since our first full-scale wedding this year. By Dutch standards, where family entrepreneurship is highly respected and companies are often passed down from generation to generation, this number is relatively small. But in Estonia, it is a notable achievement.

Tip 1: The Art of Working Smarter
Our clients are brilliant, even when they don't realize it. They push our budgets, test our creativity, and force us to find clever solutions. And of course, we love it. Just a little secret I'd share; to show just how, sometimes, the most minor change makes the most significant difference, especially when we hit the budget limit.

We have been playing with something as simple as changing a tree leg in an arrangement. You’d notice how the size, value, and suitability of the composition for the space change with just one change in detail. The client is, then, willing to pay more for a visually larger and more luxurious display. For us, this means nothing more than exchanging one billboard for another.

Tip 2: Wreaths Aren’t Just for Walls or Tabletops
There’s another trick we have fallen in love with. To stop thinking of wreaths as decorations that just hang or sit, and start to think of them as components. We recently used finished wreaths as accessories for Amaryllis bulbs. We did a quick assembly, and the results were stunning.
With several wreaths, you can create gorgeous arrangements in a fraction of the time. You save time, money, and the client is delighted. All these provide a financial win, showing that sometimes the best solutions are the ones that make you wonder why you didn't think of them sooner!

When Moss Meets Light
Aire has a large garden, which is highlighted by various lamps. At the moment, as we await winter, we have little time for sunlight, but the desire for warmth and light is all the greater. Using Adomex moss, she designed a pleasantly warm garden lamp that is practical yet poetic.
On the practical side, the islands of moss soften the lamp's intensity, and on the romantic side, these green islands make the lamp look like a gentle, glowing globe. It is the kind of detail that would make many stop and smile

Celebrating Rõngu Church’s New Roof, With Red and Green Tones
We are not from a Christian background, but have always been happy to help Rõngu Church with flowers during their important events. Rõngu Church dates back to the late 14th century. It is the oldest building in Rõngu, first mentioned in documents in 1413. It is dedicated to the Archangel Michael. There is something special about creating arrangements for a space with that much history.

This time, the church was celebrating a new roof, funded by community donations and sponsor generosity. The timing couldn't have been better, as it coincided with Advent, so it was only natural that the arrangements were created in green and red tones
We worked with Adomex Coniferous mixes, bringing together different Conifers and pine branches with painted Asparagus and golden birch twigs. The arrangements will stay fresh and beautiful throughout Christmas in that cool church space, looked after by the parishioners.

Tillandsia and Moss for the Elva Cultural Center
Finally, a project at the Elva Cultural Center allowed us to play with the demanding gray tones of Tillandsia and moss. Tillandsia is gorgeous. Its gray color, unique texture, and story fascinate, especially when you let them stand out beautifully. But it is tricky to work with.

Our plan this time was to add metallic silver and firm white to the gray. It worked, and the arrangements will remain in their new home until the beginning of February. Knowing that these floral installations will grace their new home beautifully until then fills us with satisfaction.

So, yes, such is what the floral products from Adomex are all about. They are quality materials that require just creative thinking and staying connected to nature around one. So, when those boxes arrived, and I saw that stack waiting for me, that Christmas feeling was just the beginning. The real joy has been in putting these fresh, beautiful materials to work.
