IFA Meet 8 is ready to welcome India’s floral community once again, and this time the stage is set in Delhi. The two-day gathering will take place on 18-19 August 2026 at The Tivoli, Chhatarpur, Delhi.
For florists, designers, growers, traders, wedding decorators, and floral business owners, IFA Meet has become more than an industry event. It is a place where the people behind India’s flower businesses meet, learn, share their experiences, and build real connections.
This year’s message is simple and warm: come for the knowledge, stay for the fun, and leave with a wider circle of friends from the floral world.
What Is IFA Meet 8?
IFA Meet 8 is the eighth edition of the annual gathering organized by the India Florist Association. It brings together flower professionals from across the country for two days of business networking, learning sessions, industry discussions, exhibitions, and community interaction.
The meet is built around the idea of growing together. Indian floristry is changing fast. Customers are asking for new designs, better service, more creative wedding decor, and a stronger online presence. At the same time, florists need better sourcing, better systems, and stronger support from the community.
IFA Meet 8 gives members and delegates a space to discuss all of this under one roof.

Building on the Success of Previous IFA Meets
IFA Meet has grown year after year. Each edition has carried a clear purpose for the Indian floral industry.
IFA Meet 5 focused on the theme of 'Blooming Together', highlighting unity and collaboration within the floriculture community. IFA Meet 6 in New Delhi strengthened the event as a B2B platform where florists, vendors, traders, designers, and growers could meet, exchange ideas, and explore new opportunities.
IFA Meet 7 in Indore took the event outside Delhi and showed how strong the IFA community has become across India. The meet brought together florists, designers, and industry leaders for learning sessions, networking, exhibitions, and discussions on the future of Indian floristry.
Now, IFA Meet 8 brings that energy back to Delhi with a wider community spirit and a stronger focus on connection, learning, and growth.
Why Delhi Matters for IFA Meet 8
Delhi has always had a strong place in India’s floral business. From wholesale flower markets and wedding decor houses to event designers, luxury florists, and supply networks, the city connects many parts of the industry. Hosting IFA Meet 8 at The Tivoli, Chhatarpur places the event close to one of India’s most active wedding and event markets. This gives delegates a useful backdrop for conversations around wedding floristry, event production, floral retail, sourcing, and modern business practices.
For many Indian florists, Delhi is not just a capital city. It is also a place where trends, trade, and opportunity meet.
What Delegates Can Expect at IFA Meet 8
The detailed session schedule is expected to be shared closer to the event. However, based on the spirit of previous editions, delegates can look forward to a mix of learning, networking, exhibitions, and community celebration.
IFA Meet 8 is expected to bring together:
- Practical sessions for florists and floral business owners
- Discussions on new floral trends and customer expectations
- Business networking with fellow members and vendors
- Exhibition access for products, tools, flowers, and services
- Opportunities to meet florists from different parts of India
- Member recognition and community moments
- A musical evening and dinner for delegates choosing the stay package
The event is not only about attending sessions. It is about meeting people who understand the same business challenges, the same seasonal pressure, and the same love for flowers.
A Stronger Platform for Indian Floristry
Indian floristry is moving through an important phase. More customers are looking for thoughtful design, better presentation, and professional service. Social media and AI tool has changed how florists show their work. Weddings and events are becoming more detailed. Retail florists are learning to manage online orders, customer expectations, and faster delivery.
In this changing environment, a strong association matters.
IFA gives florists a common platform to speak, learn, and grow. Through meetings like this, members can understand what is working in other cities, how other businesses are solving problems, and where the industry is heading next.
IFA Meet 8 continues this mission by creating a space where Indian florists can build confidence, share knowledge, and support each other.
Who Should Attend IFA Meet 8?
IFA Meet 8 is open to floral professionals who want to grow their business, learn from others, and stay connected with the Indian floral community.
The event is especially useful for:
- Retail florists and flower shop owners
- Wedding and event decorators
