Rose Fortune

Rose Fortune is a dark red hybrid tea rose with dark green foliage, big blooms of 5.5 to 6 cm tall, and a long vase life of about 20 days.

Classic Red Rose

Rose Fortune is a classic with her deep interior velvet red hues. She does not have a problem with any blackening or bronzing. This means that whether you place it in a holiday wreath, or in a flower bunch, she will maintain her eye-catching red color.

Fortune’s petals maintain their firmness for the rose's entire vase life giving a sense of youth even in flowers that have been in a vase for three weeks.

Rose Care Tips

  • Use a clean vase
  • Flower food improves the life of your flowers significantly, and prevents the necks from bending
  • Cut a few centimeters off the stem at an angle to open the veins for absorbing water
  • Remove only the foliage at the bottom up to the point where the stem is in the water
  • Refill the water when it gets 'cloudy'
  • Keep the vase away from vegetables and fruits, because the ethylene gas produced by these will damage your flowers
  • Take dying flowers out, so they won't infect the others
  • Keep your flowers away from high temperatures and direct sunlight
