At this year’s International Floriculture Trade Fair (IFTF 2025), Flora Ola invites visitors to experience how a Kenyan grower continues to evolve while staying true to its purpose. Based in Solai, Nakuru County, the farm has become known for its roses and summer flowers, grown on land that stretches between two rivers at an elevation of nearly two thousand meters above sea level. Visitors can find Flora Ola at Booth E3.02 during the show.
Their amazing team will be eager to welcome you and take you through their comprehensive and premium product portfolio.
A Journey Shaped by Change
Flora Ola’s story began in 2011 with a simple goal: to grow flowers that carry meaning and value. In its early years, the farm focused entirely on summer flowers. After a severe hailstorm in 2014, the team made a bold shift toward greenhouse farming and introduced rose cultivation. That decision marked a turning point.
Today, Flora Ola covers forty-two hectares of standard and spray roses, along with four hectares of summer flowers. Each expansion phase reflects steady growth, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions while remaining grounded in quality. Their adaptation, continuous improvement, and being in sync with the market have made this grower a serious player in the market. You, as a visitor, will learn this firsthand at their booth during this year's IFTF, not only about how Flora Ola achieves premium quality of spray roses all year long, but also meet its incredible team. In addition, learn their sustainability story, their commitment to their people, processes, and intense product selection.
Showcasing Excellence at IFTF 2025
This year, the farm’s focus at the IFTF 2025 is to highlight its range of premium spray roses and new introductions. Visitors at Booth E3.02 will encounter varieties such as Spray Roses: Giselle, Silva Pink, Mansfield Park, Mansfield Pink Park, and Sofie. Each variety has been carefully selected to represent both the creativity and precision behind Flora Ola’s growing practices.
The exhibition also serves a deeper purpose: to connect with existing clients, meet potential partners, and gather feedback that supports ongoing improvement. The team views the fair as a space for both learning and showcasing.
Sustainability as a Way of Life
Flora Ola continues to champion sustainable farming. The farm harvests and reuses rainwater through a closed water system, uses organic manure to nourish its soils, and relies on solar panels to power its operations. These practices demonstrate a commitment to long-term responsibility and environmental care.
By combining modern techniques with natural balance, Flora Ola shows that progress in floriculture can be both productive and respectful to nature.
As part of the World of Spray Roses collective, which brings together growers working with Interplant Roses, Flora Ola proudly represents Kenya’s growing reputation in spray rose production. The farm’s participation in IFTF 2025 is both a celebration of progress and a statement of purpose.
Flora Ola’s story is one of adaptability, learning, and continuous pursuit of better quality. Every flower displayed at Booth E3.02 tells that story — one rooted in integrity, care, and the belief that true growth is about sharing what you cultivate with the world.
