About Mount Kenya Flowers
The Kariki Group of Companies was started in 2002 at the Kangaita farm, close to Nanyuki on the slopes of Mt Kenya. The Group comprises of 4 different flower growing farms with differing altitude and climatical spreads allowing the group to produce an assortment of different flowers for export from Kenya. Comprising of: Eryngium, Hypericum, Roses, Solidago, Astrantia, Stokesia, Ornithogalum, and Hydrangea. The group focuses on producing a quality product for a customer base reaching into Europe, Australia, Japan, and others. The Mount Kenya Flowers rose farm was established in 2009 and currently has 9 ha of roses and will be expanding with 5 ha in the coming 3 years.
