A Professional Technical Committee
The five people of the Technical Committee are the guardians of fair play at the World Cup Floral Art 2025 – drafting the rules, guiding competitors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and equally for all. Let's meet the judges:
- Tracy Tomlinson, UK, President of the Technical Committee. Tracy is a certified national and international floristry judge and has worked around the world as a competition consultant and floristry judge. She was a director of the British Florist Association for 16 years.
- Rain Wang, China. Rain is the President of Uniflorist, the Chinese Florist Association, and an international judge in floristry.
- Ferenc Kruzslicz, Hungary. As a floral expert and certified floral judge, Ferenc was present at numerous European Championships and Eurofleurs as a Technical Committee member.
- Roxana Barrientos, Latin America. She is an internationally renowned designer (EIAF-EAFC, and EMC), and a National Juror for Florint.
- Richard Mos, Netherlands. Dutch Master of Floral Design, freelance florist, and Florint National Certified Judge.

These are the tasks of the Technical Committee:
- Draft and agree on the rules and regulations of the competition with the organisers
- The contact point for the competitors during the competition time
- The contact between the competitor and the Jury
- The contact between the competitor, the organization, and Florint
- Advises Florint on the rules and regulations outside of the competition timetable
- The Technical Committee decides on the interpretation of these regulations pertaining to the rules and regulations before and throughout the competitions, whenever dissimilarity of view might occur
- Decides on the penalty points given to each competitor if necessary
- The Technical Committee can take any measures necessary to ensure that the regulations are observed
Its aim is to be fair and equal to everyone so that the smooth running of a competition can be enjoyed and remembered with great affection.
